We are a family based cattery breeding beautiful American Shorthair cats.

These low maintance, healthy, muscular cats come with as much history as they do personality.  The first American Shorthair traveled to North America on the Mayflower with the Pilgrims in 1620.  They are athletic, agile cats that have mousing skills that were very much valued on the Mayflower and the original farms of the Americas.

Today's American Shorthairs still have that natural drive to keep the house free of unwanted mice but also have great energy making them a treasured family member.

They get along well with people, children and other pets.  American shorthairs are loveable, easy to train and can live 15 to 20 years.  Their name became official with the Cat Fancier's Association in 1966, and can be seen at most cat shows today.

The American Shorthairs are not a very vocal cat and they come in over 80 different colours and pattern variations.
